Windows Packaging Engineer (Hibrido, Porto)

We are looking for a Windows Packaging Engineer to support the packaging, deployment, automation, and lifecycle management of Windows applications. You will work closely with infrastructure, operations, and application teams to ensure reliable application delivery, drive process automation, and contribute to the modernization of endpoint management through DevOps practices.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Package, test, deploy, and maintain Windows applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide technical support for application packaging and production environments.
• Automate packaging and deployment processes using PowerShell and DevOps practices.
• Maintain application compliance and improve deployment standards.
• Support Windows Server environments, including installation, troubleshooting, patching, and performance optimization.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in Windows application packaging or a similar role.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Windows Installer (MSI), MECM, Microsoft Intune, and PSADT.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
