Salesforce Developer (Hibrido, Lisboa/Porto)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the development, customization, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Salesforce development, a strong understanding of the platform, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects involving Salesforce development, integrations, data migration, and platform customization, while contributing to scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilites:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Support and execute data migration activities, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools and platform capabilities.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Use source control and development tools such as Git to manage code and deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Work alongside senior developers and other technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes, technical standards, and Salesforce practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
• Experience with source control management tools such as Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and senior developers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
