PowerCenter Developer (Hibrido, Lisboa/Porto)

We are looking for a PowerCenter Developer to join a data-focused team, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter. The role involves data integration, performance optimization, production support, and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Analyze business and technical requirements and design ETL architectures and data flows.
• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and, ideally, IICS.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and Shell scripts.
• Integrate data from heterogeneous sources, including databases, files, APIs, XML/JSON, and Cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and performance.
• Manage and automate scheduling processes using tools such as Control-M, AutoSys, or similar.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to code reviews and development best practices.

• 7+ years of professional experience as an ETL Developer, with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerCenter Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, and Repository Manager.
• Strong expertise in SQL and experience with major DBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid experience with Shell scripting in Linux/Unix environments.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts, including Star/Snowflake schemas and SCD.
• Experience with ETL performance tuning and optimization.
• Knowledge of IICS/Informatica Cloud, Cloud technologies, scheduling tools, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
