Openshift Administrator (Hibrido, Porto)

We are looking for an experienced OpenShift and/or Kubernetes System Administrator to join our infrastructure team. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of production environments while supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage incidents, support requests, upgrades, installations, and Day 2 Operations activities.
• Perform cluster lifecycle management, capacity planning, and infrastructure changes.
• Build and maintain container images using Red Hat base images, Dockerfiles, and Jenkins pipelines.
• Develop and enhance automation, monitoring, dashboards, and operational processes.
• Support Linux production environments, including server administration, troubleshooting, patching, and migrations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to deliver reliable platform services.
• Participate in production support activities, ITIL processes, and an on-call rotation.

• Proven experience with OpenShift 4.x and/or Kubernetes administration.
• Strong Linux system administration skills (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
• Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM).
• Knowledge of Ansible, Python, Git, Dockerfiles, and Jenkins pipelines.
• Experience supporting production environments, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and participate in an on-call support rotation.
