Observability Engineer (Hibrido, Porto)

We are looking for an Observability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving our observability platforms, ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of IT services through monitoring, automation, and infrastructure optimization.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Administer and maintain observability and monitoring platforms.
• Manage and support monitoring infrastructure and related systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes for observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and monitoring issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to enhance monitoring, automation, and service reliability.

• At least 5 years of experience with Zabbix or strong experience with enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar.
• Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
• DevOps mindset with experience in Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private clouds) is a plus.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration is an advantage.
• Zabbix Certification is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); French is considered an advantage.
