IT Business Analyst - Credit Risk (Hibrido, Porto)

Join our team as a Business Analyst and support the evolution of counterparty rating and loss-given-default applications within a financial services environment.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery teams to analyse requirements, define improvements, and help drive the continuous enhancement of critical risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse user requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Define and execute test cases as part of quality assurance.
• Design, document and maintain system processes.
• Provide first-line support to application users.
• Build effective relationships with internal clients and stakeholders and work within Scrum delivery.

• Academic or professional knowledge of economics, finance, risk management or banking.
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or on IT projects within financial institutions.
• Fluent English.
• Autonomous, structured, proactive and client-focused working style.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
