Publicada 3 de SetembroWe are looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team and support the secure and compliant management of access rights across the Information System. The role combines daily IAM operations, access reviews and controls, business and project support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Technology Risk Management (TRM), IT teams, and offshore operations within an international financial services environment.
Key Responsibilites:
- Record and manage external collaborator access within the relevant access management systems, ensuring accurate and compliant access management.
- Execute daily activities related to access rights for folders, distribution lists, mailboxes, applications, and other IT resources.
- Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and controls to ensure compliance with security policies and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with TRM teams and other stakeholders to address identity and access management requirements and security controls.
- Support the integration of new tools and applications into the Information System, ensuring that access management requirements are properly addressed.
- Track and manage change requests related to business tools and applications, implementing new requirements concerning access and security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of IAM processes and KPIs, while improving operational visibility.
- Promote knowledge sharing, proactive communication, and operational resilience within the IAM team, including effective collaboration with offshore operations and the expansion of Level 1 activities.
Requisitos mínimos
- Proven professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a solid understanding of access management concepts and processes.
- Good knowledge of IT security principles, access controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing access rights and working with IAM or access management tools and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT, security, and risk teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and international environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of ITIL best practices are considered a plus.
