ETL & BI Data Engineer (Hibrido, Porto)

Join our team as an ETL & BI Engineer and help transform business requirements into reliable data solutions through data engineering, modelling, reporting, and analytics delivery.

You'll work across the data lifecycle, designing and developing ETL processes, supporting data modelling activities, and delivering business intelligence solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear data models and technical specifications.
• Design and maintain star and snowflake data models for analytics and reporting.
• Develop high-performance dashboards and reports and maintain data definitions, lineage and dictionaries.
• Design, build, test and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines and automated data-quality controls.
• Own delivery from requirements gathering through implementation and stakeholder adoption.

• Advanced SQL, including complex queries, joins, optimisation and stored procedures.
• Relational databases, data warehousing and Kimball modelling principles.
• Experience with Stambia, or strong experience with an equivalent ETL technology such as Talend, Informatica,SSIS, Azure Data Factory or dbt.
• French at minimum B2 for professional stakeholder interaction.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, autonomy and ownership.
