Business Analyst - PnL (Hibrido, Porto)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the PnL team in Porto, within the Risk department. The team is responsible for the system that loads, certifies, and publishes Profit & Loss (PnL) figures, a key profitability indicator for the bank.

You will work in an international environment, collaborating with Business Analysts and Developers based in Porto and Paris, as well as business and IT stakeholders.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Design and maintain business and system processes.
• Define and execute test cases to ensure solution quality.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and support new feature development.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and resolve blockers.
• Act as the business reference for the development team, ensuring effective communication between business and IT.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Background in Economics, Finance, Market Data, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT projects within financial institutions is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (B2 minimum);
• French is a plus.
