Business Analyst - English Speaker (Lisboa/Porto)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality solutions by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering, process analysis, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectation

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements in both French and English.
• Conduct detailed business analysis, including gap analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring alignment with delivered solutions.
• Define, analyze, and refine business requirements and processes to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Participate in and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions are validated against business requirements.
• Investigate functional issues related to daily operational activities and ensure continuity of operations.
• Manage and monitor the change request backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and expectations.
• Document requirements, user stories, and production issues clearly and in line with project methodologies, ensuring accurate lifecycle updates.
• Respond to and clarify functional requirements from users across a wide range of topics, contributing to effective information planning.
